Secondary / Pre Extract Filter

This product is a secondary paint over-spray arrestment fine filter of 100% polyester fibre construction for spray booth extraction systems.

• Pre-input filter for spray booths.
• Input filter for preparation areas.
• General air filtration media for air conditioning systems and various types of cooling systems.

EPA particulate emission compliance when combined with our Primary Extract Filter 4" (100mm) and forms the most effective spray booth extraction filtration. 

Failure to use both the Primary Extract 4" (100mm) and Secondary Extract Filter media, can result in excessive pollution and can cause paint contamination of the spray booth extraction fans, air dampers and ducting.

G4 (EU3 Classification) Secondary Extraction Filter is 20mm thick. Manufactured from thermally bonded 100% polyester fibres and are graded in density towards the 'clean air' exit side of the filter. Giving a high dust holding capacity and low airflow resistance. A higher-grade filter at 290.

The filter media can be easily cut to size, to suit spray booth extraction pit or chest. Also with a choice of three different widths (610, 710, 1000mm) to suit the majority of spray booth extraction systems.
